Patient Information

• All patients are required to provide full contact details, including full name, address, telephone number, and email address, in order to secure an appointment.

• All clients must complete a medical history form at their first appointment. This is essential for consultation, assessment, and treatment planning.

• All personal information is treated as strictly confidential and stored securely in accordance with Data Protection legislation.

• Patient information will not be shared with third parties without consent, and you will not receive unsolicited communications from us.

Appointments

• A deposit is required to secure an appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits are redeemable only against the specific treatment booked and cannot be transferred to another clinician, treatment, or used to purchase products.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us on 01453 798297 or email jessica@drjessicaprior.com.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 25% of the treatment cost.

• Failure to receive or see an appointment reminder (by email or message) will not be accepted as a reason for non-attendance, and the cancellation charge will still apply.

• Failure to attend an appointment without notice will require full payment of your next treatment in advance.

• Routine review appointments following botulinum toxin treatment are offered as a courtesy 3–4 weeks after treatment, provided they are carried out by the same clinician. No additional treatment or “top-ups” are included after the 4-week review period.

• New patients are seen initially for consultation and assessment only. Treatment is not provided at the first visit unless previously arranged.​

Children

We do not treat children or young people under the age of 18. Please do not bring children to the clinic, as they are not permitted to accompany you into the treatment room.

Payment

You will be informed of the full cost of any proposed treatment plan, including maintenance treatments, prior to treatment being undertaken.

Payment is required in full at the time of treatment.

Refunds

Fees charged are for the provision of treatment and associated services, including:

• Consultation and assessment

• Information and advice

• Safe treatment using evidence-based products

• Follow-up appointments and appropriate aftercare advice and support

While we are committed to providing high-quality care, honest advice, and safe, expert treatment using premium products, individual results cannot be guaranteed. Refunds cannot be offered if treatment outcomes do not meet personal expectations.

Feedback

We welcome all feedback, both positive and constructive, as it helps us continually improve our service. Feedback may be provided verbally or via email.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please inform us as soon as possible. An appointment will be arranged to discuss your concerns. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available upon request.
